I need help, I’m like 30kg above my weight. I just turned 18 and I’m scared as hell to be like this for the rest of my life or even get worse. My mom weights 20kg more than me (110) and her health is worse everyday. I just don’t know what to do anymore, I have no motivation. I know this is a generic question but please, if you have any advice, I need it.

You once said that even if you feel full after a day of eating, you should hit your calorie goal. But I eat mostly low calorie foods; I don’t necessarily know whether or not eating more just to reach my daily calorie goal is healthy. I feel like eating more food just to reach my daily calorie goal will cause bloating and possibly weight gain. What’s your opinion?
I believe this was in relation to a question where the blogger was eating far below the recommended caloric intake.
