Hi, I’ve been trying to lose weight on/off for a few years now, this year starting in January I decided to properly commit to it, at 182lbs, 5ft5, my heaviest. Now it is april, and I am 175lbs, quickly losing motivation, I also recently got the contraceptive implant, and I’ve been craving food, and giving in. I went down a clothes size!!! The clothes I bought last month were rather snug-fitting when I got them, and now they are actually kind of baggy on me! Plus, the jacket I got for Christmas was a bit snug when I got it, but it fits loosely now too! For the first time in a long time, I actually feel genuinely proud of myself! 😊😊
